So…how did you like what the other girls did? Cool set, no? There are such great ideas in this set for making all of your creepy treats! I had this great repro vintage jar from Wal-Mart hanging out (it was SO cheap by the way). Not your typical canning jar that you usually see with a cookie mix in it. Those are great too, but I wanted to show you a fresh option. What is inside is fresh too! You can’t get any eaasier than cake cookies. Talk about being able to mass produce these in a moments notice, and it is so easy for the recipient to make! I added a box of chocolate cake mix and some crushed up heath bars and nuts. What about some Halloween colored sprinkles or recee’s pieces! That would make a great statement if you wanted to add some orange to your project as well! I used the largest scalloped circle nestability for making the circle card to hold the recipe. See how well it fits on this larger lid? It also helps to set off your main image so nicely! So now you can easily jar some cake cookies inexpensively without losing any of the “WOW” factor!
If you want to see what all of the other PTI girls did, just go to Nichole’s blog and check out all the pics!

Love you web site- You all have such unique ideas. Did you use the whole pkg of cake mix per jar? About how big are the jars from WM? Can’t wait to try this. Lu

I did use the whole cake mix package. the jars aren’t too big. About 5 inches high? I’m not home to measure, or I would! Hope this helps!! You will find them no problem at wal-mart.
